I am a PhD Candidate in Finance at Columbia Business School. My main research interest is corporate finance theory.
In particular, I am interested in how the institutional design of bankruptcy and restructuring affect each other, how the asset and cash flow pledegability affects a firm's ability to obtain liquidity insurance.
